Once more Brose Baskets proved that it remains the team to beat in Germany with its eash 80-64 win over Alba Berlin. The defending champs (30-3) are leading the standings with ease.
Bradley Wanamaker scored 21 points for them, Alba (21-12) couldn’t keep up and remains 6th in the standings behind Bayern Munich (26-7), Oldenburg (26-7), Frankfurt (26-8) and Ludwigsburg (22-11). Ulm is tied with Alba (21-12), while Wurzburg and Giessen which are also tied at 17-16 will duel in the last round of the regular season for the last available spot in the playoffs.
