Just two days before its Euroleague premier, Brose Bamberg got the job done against Gottingen (93-82) in a game for the 15th round (!) of the German BBL league.
The notorious scheduling issues of the German league once again emerged, as the defending champs and their opponents became the first teams to have five games under their belt. Point guard Maodo Lo who stayed on the court for 26 minutes scored 19 points and dished 7 assists, Elias Harris with 19 points and 8 rebounds dominated the paint and Nicolo Melli added 14 points in 16 minutes.
Jesse Sanders (18 p.) and Benas Veikalas (17 p.) as the guests have now a 2-3 record and Brose Bamberg of course is unbeaten at 5-0 on top of the league standings.
