Alba Berlin put on an impressive effort in the final period of the game and prevailed over Brose Bamberg with 77-75 on the road.
Luke Sikma lead the winners with 13 points and 9 rebounds, while Spencer Butterfield also tapped 13 points.
The hosts managed to get ahead with 26-20 after 10 minutes, while the pace of the game slowed down in the second period. The teams went to the lockers with a 42-33 score in Bamberg’s favor.
Despite grabbing a double-digit lead in the third period, the hosts couldn’t stop Alba’s comeback in the beginning of the fourth. The visitors trimmed the deficit to 1 point (64-63 at 33′) and managed to surpass while kept the lead until the end.
