Medi Bayreuth prevailed over Alba 83 – 76 with Andreas Seiferth registering a double-double of 17 points and 13 rebounds.
After a balanced first quarter (23-25), the local team took control of the situation and never lost the lead.
Nate Linhart had a game-high with 23 points. Gabe York added 16 for Bayreuth.
Peyton Siva’s 20 points and Spencer Butterfield 18 led the guests.
In the rest of today’s games, Ratiopharm Ulm and Oldenburg proceeded with comfortable victories over Braunschweig and Giessen 46ers respectively.
