Brose Bamberg is back to wins after defeating Mitteldeutscher BC at home in a fashionable way 103-66. It was a one-way situation from the start as the host took a 30-8 lead in the first quarter and never looked back.
Andrea Trinchieri’s unit stated their intentions early as they were dominating both sides of the floor. Bamberg established their lead in the first half with a 58-32 lead facing no real resistance from the visitors.
In the second half, they had no problems to finish the game in the same style. Not even a halftime break couldn’t help the visitors as they were beaten by 24-10 in the third quarter.
Dejan Musli was leading the hosts with 16 points and 8 rebounds in just 20 minutes on the floor. The Serbian was dominating the visitors inside the paint and Lucca Staiger used that to spit fire from the downtown. He finished the game with 21 points scoring all of them from the three-point territory (7/12 for three).
Lamont Jones’ 15 points didn’t save the day for Mitteldetsher.
With this win, Bamberg moved up to a 10-5 record and Mitteldeutsher fall to a 5-10.
