Dejan Radonjic’s debut at the helm of Bayern Munich was combined with a victory for his new team.
With Nihad Nedovic scoring 20 points and grabbing 5 rebounds, Bayern defeated Ratiopharm Ulm 100 – 95 in a postponed game for Round 18 of the German BBL.
Thanks to this result, the Bavarians improved to 24 – 3 and remained at the top spot in the standings. Ulm dropped to 14 – 13 and the ninth spot since Isaac Fotu’s epic game (32 points career-high) wasn’t enough to prevent the loss.
Vladimir Lucic and Danilo Barthel scored 14 points apiece for Bayern while Stefan Jovic had 12 points plus 5 assists in his reunion with Radonjic under whom he made his breakthrough with Crvena Zvezda.
