EWE Baskets tied the quarterfinal series vs. Alba Berlin with a 105-100 overtime win at home.
Two players of the winners stood out and carried the team through this battle. Rasid Mahalbasic finished the game with 28 points, six assists and five rebounds, while Rick Paulding tapped 25 points, four rebounds and two steals for his team.
The fate of the game had to be decided in the extra five-minute period after Peyton Siva tied the score to 92 points.
Alba enjoyed a 111-84 win in the first leg of the playoffs and now they host Game 3, looking to bounce back.
