Wurzburg had everything under control as they won all four quarters on their way to a 101-84 road win over Giessen on Day 19 of German League.
Xavier Cooks led the way with a double-double of 21 points and 13 rebounds while Mike Morrison scored 15 and Jordan Hulls 14 points. For Giessen, John Bryant scored 16 in addition to David Bell and Benjamin Lischka’s 12 points each.
Wurzburg improved to 8-9 while Giessen now holds a 9-10 record. Over the weekend, Bayern beat Jena and stayed undefeated with 18 wins.
