Marcus Eriksson and Niels Giffey paced their team scoring 19 and 17 points each, while Rokas Giedratis finished with 16 points.
Jordan Hulls posted a team-high of 18 points for Wurzburg.
Earlier in the day, Ulm also advanced to the quarterfinals after beating RASTA Vechta 88-71, led by a 16-point performance by Zoran Dragic.
