CSKA Moscow and Anadolu Efes made it to the 2019 EuroLeague Final, but only one of two sides will prevail on Sunday night at Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. The Russian club is considered the favorite, but the underdog provides the best betting value.
It’s best to avoid the third place match between Fenerbahce Beko and Real Madrid. Both teams are already thinking about their domestic league, the result in Sunday’s game will make no difference whatsoever to their 2018-19 campaign. However, the over 166 points at 1.90 might be a good bet for this kind of affair.
Anadolu Efes – CSKA Moscow 1 (+5.5) / 1.73
Ergin Ataman’s side is in great shape, especially guards Vasilije Micic and Shane Larkin. Nobody expected Efes to defeat Fenerbahce so comfortably. Their opponents weren’t able to keep pace in the Semifinal. We expect the winner of the Final to be determined late in the contest similar to the two teams’ previous Regular Season encounter at Turkey and Cory Higgins’ winning shot. Dimitris Itoudis’ side has won both 2018-19 matches against Efes and is the justified favorite, but any Final is open for both participants and the handicap on a victory for the Turkish club deserves our attention. Even an Efes win without a handicap valued at 2.75 deserves a small bet.
