Eurohoops fantasy update for 2nd week

By Eurohoops team/ info@eurohoops.net

After the first week in Euroleague, eurohoopsnet team is 310th in Eurohoopsnet league having 110,8 points. It seems that there are too many better managers around the world who joined the league!!!

So, the next deadline is on Wednesday afternoon due to Prokom-Unicaja game. In Eurohoopsnet team there were players who impressed and gave points and credits (Farmar, Christopher, Aradori, Westermann), some others who were average (Lucas, Shermadini, Printezis) and some who disappointed at all (Alessandro Gentile, Sasha Kaun, Drew Gordon).

The last three dismissed and instead of them eurohoopsnet team will have this week one of the most popular players of this season fantasy (Jaka Blazic), the player who stayed out of the team the last minute before the first week and it was a big mistake (Aaron Baynes) and the player who seems to be the bigger bet of this week (Kostas Tsartsaris).

The target of all the managers after especially the first week is to buy players who have great rankings and can give them for sure a lot of credits without thinking necessarily what’s going to happen in their games. In point guards position the real bargains are Earl Calloway (he will go to 66,1 credits if he’ll have +5 ranking) and Steed Tchicamboud (will go to 51,75 even with 0 ranking). In shooting Guards/small forwards position Emir Preldzic (will reach 67,5 credits even… without playing), Sasu Salin (will go to 55,5 credits with +4 ranking) are also good choices. And finally in power forwards/centers position, Ante Tomic (will have limit up to 66,1 having only +6 ranking) and Vladimir Lucic (will go to 50,2 credits with 0 ranking) are excellent picks.

Keep in mid than none can lose/win more than 15% of his value after counting the ranking per game.

Point Guards
Jordan Farmar 80 credits (+7)
He’s the most expensive point guard and his choice a week ago proved to be right. He remains a must-to-take player.

Leo Westermann 40,25 credits (+5,25)
He had very good start and will go up even if he will face CSKA. Probably he will give more credits.

Shooting Guards/Small Forwards
Jamon Lucas 48 credits (-3)
He will play against his old team, Olympiacos. He’s in good shape and can have ranking more than 15 so to raise his credits.

Patrick Christopher 55,2 credits (+7,2)
After his excellent first week, it’s out of question if he will stay. He will have limit up (+15%) even with +5 ranking.

Pietro Aradori 51,75 credits (+6,75)
In OAKA Cantu will not have easy work, but Panathinaikos defence will let him score and help the team.

Jaka Blazic 19 credits
He’s one of the most popular players. He’s cheap and has great margins of… limit up (he will reach it with only +2 ranking).

Power Forwards/Centers
Giorgos Printezis 57,2 credits (-7,8)
The game for Olympaicos in Istanbul is hard, but he’s steady and can give around 15 points again.

Giorgi Shermadini 45,9 credits (-8,1)
His pick ‘n roll and rebounding ability is so great and will not let him go even if he started with a poor 8,8 ranking.

Aaron Baynes 51,8 credits
The mistake of not picking him before fantasy starts has been fixed. He will be among the best rebounders at the end of the season and with +9 ranking he’ll have limit up to his credits.

Kostas Tsartsaris 34,5 credits
Lasme is not in good shape and won’t play a lot. Tsartsaris was excellent against Real and Aris and will be again for long time instead of and next to Sofo, who will pass him a lot due to the expected pressure by Cantu’s defence.
