With the team named “Rats” leading Eurohoops private league, the time came once more for our fantasy update with Eurohoops proposals about your fantasy team. This week our new bet is Olympiacos’ Stratos Perperoglou

By Eurohoops team/ info@eurohoops.net

The second week for Eurohoopsnet team was even better after gaining points and credits – and… returning the to the start, or to be exact to 502,73 credits. In Eurohoops league the team “Rats” leads the race (333,2 points) by fearlesrat, who competes in the league with only one team. Just 6 points behind him there is “prvaki” by policaj. We have to announce that if there is tie at the end of the season the prize will be given to the user who has fewer teams in the league.

So, two days before the start of the third week, there are fewer bargains in the player’s market, but there are still some. For example Steed Tchicamboud proved last week that he is for real and offers steadily a lot of points and credits (he’ll limit up 8,9 credits even with -2 ranking). But we’ll go by another way.

The new entries in Eurohoopsnet team are Stratos Perperoglou, KC Rivers and Vladimir Lucic instead of Jamon Lucas (who always helps but rarely explodes), Patrick Christopher, who ‘ll face Barcelona and then CSKA, and Giorgi Shermadini who disappointed in the first two weeks.

Perperoglou was some years ago the most popular player in Euroleague fantasy, because he was underrated. Now, the situation is different but after his performance in the Greek derby and the birth of his son, he’ll have even more confidence for the next two home games of Olympiacos. The tough games for Khimki against Fenerbahce and Real are behind and Rivers have the chance to be valuable for his and our team. Also, Lucic didn’t have a good game against CSKA, but has a lot of playing time and he can do better this week against Lietuvos. He’s still a bargain (adding credits with +10 ranking).

Point Guards
Jordan Farmar 92 credits (+12)
He had an excellent previous week against Olympiacos and the game against Cedevita is easier for him to have at least more than 10 ranking and give more credits to the team. Also, Cedevita’s opponents in first two games have 99 and 117 ranking

Leo Westermann 34,21 credits (-6)
Thomas got injured and he played alone in pg position against CSKA, but his ranking was low. He has one more chance to prove he deserves a place in the team against Lietuvos Rytas of relative weak pgs (Blums, Nedovic).

Shooting Guards/Small Forwards
Stratos Perperoglou 53,4 credits
He’s in excellent shape; his percentages are always high and he is price is low for such a “hot” player in the beginning of the season.

Pietro Aradori 59,5 credits (+7,76)
He has already exploded 15 credits up. Cantu’s offense is focused on him and he can do it again against Khimki.

KC Rivers 39,7 credits
He plays more than 30 minutes, scores a lot and his explosion is about to happen soon. Why not at Cantu?

Jaka Blazic 25,13 credits (+3,28)
He remains a must. He gives credits and points steadily, did it even against Fenerbahce and now faces Panathinaikos.

Power Forwards/Centers
Aaron Baynes 59,5 credits (+7,76)
He will also face Panathinaikos and maybe he will have foul troubles against Sofo, but we still believe in his ability to rebound and score.

Kostas Tsartsaris 39,68 credits (+5,18)
He remains the… hidden secret of Panathinaikos. Pedoulakis counts on his (and of course Diamantidis’) experience and he will give again valuable points and credits.

Giorgos Printezis 48,62 credits (-8,6)
It was a great dilemma if he should stay in the team. But the two home games in a row for Olympiacos is a chance for him to come back.

Vladimir Lucic 50,3 credits
The new big prospects of Vujosevic are Lucic and Bogdanovic and the first one seems to be more ready. His potential value (with ranking only +15,4) will be to 57,8, so he’s an excellent choice.
