Life is like fantasy! You must admit your mistakes, fix them, move forward, give second chances to people but always be brave enough to say goodbye the right time. The leaders of Eurohoopsnet league, policaj, fearlesrat and marcos_v, may have understood these earlier.
Last week wasn’t successful for Eurohoopsnet team mostly because of the Jamon Lucas/Stratos Perperoglou trade. The Greek forward reduced the cost of the team for almost 8 credits, but he will stay on board. Olympiacos is expected to explode against Cedevita and Perperoglou can deliver. Although it’s time to say goodbye to the player who has offered 22 credits so far. Pietro Aradori was an excellent choice since the start of the game, but it’s time for him to leave before his game at Madrid. Instead of him, Vassilis Spanoulis is only 3 credits more expensive, he is the biggest offensive weapon of Olympiacos and against Cedevita – for starter – he must be again the last season’s captain of the Reds, who had in almost every game +20 ranking. And he can do it.
Also, Nemanja Bielica (photo) is in great form and he’s the biggest bargain in power forward/center position in a reasonable price. He will replace Tsartsaris whose role in Panathinaikos‘ rotation will be diminished after the addition of Lasme (he’s also a good option by only 41,1 credits). Last but not least, Leo Westermann threw in the rubbish bin all his chances to stay in the team. His last two games ranking (-2 and 4) was so poor, that he opened the exit door himself.
UPDATE: Aaron Baynes is doubtful for Olimpija’s game in Moscow against Khimki and it’s not time to risk. He will leave the team and we must change our plans. So, Tsartsaris will have one more chance, Bjelica as the pick of the week, stays and we will improve our choice in point guard position. Dominic Waters will not be entered and instead of him Marcus Williams will come in. Unicaja’s guard is excellent during the last two weeks and will have limit up (of 7,8 credits) with only +10 ranking.
Point Guards
Jordan Farmar 105,8 credits (+13,6)
He’s the most expensive player and can give more credits and points. The game against Caja Laboral will be tight but his target to make a… triple double is alive.
Marcus Willliams 51,7 credits
With more than 10 shot attempts per game and more than 3 rebounds and assists he seems to be a sure addition. He is also underrated and can raise his value with +5 ranking.
Shooting Guards/Small Forwards
Stratos Perperoglou 45,39 credits (-9)
He stays in the team because of the prospect of a big game against Cedevita. Olympiacos has the chance for an easy win with huge ranking (Caja, Zalgiris, Efes had ranking around 100) and he can help in that.
KC Rivers 33,78 credits (-6)
He… insists to have poor performance, but we will give him one more week. The home game against Olimpja is one of his best opportunities to finally explode.
Vassilis Spanoulis 70,1 credits
He started the game having 100 credits. Now you can buy him only by 70,1. Isn’t this a bargain?
Jaka Blazic 25,13 credits (+3,28)
He will have one more limit up in his price only with +7 ranking. So he remains a good choice for every team, if you are searching for a cheap player.
Power Forwards/Centers
Giorgos Printezis 41,33 credits (-7,3)
His price has been reduced almost 24 credits, but against Cedevita he is ready to deliver.
Vladimir Lucic 57,8 credits (+7,5)
His mission against Barcelona’s defense is really tough. But a 12 ranking or higher (in that case he will raise more his value) is not a miracle…
Nemanja Bielica 42,7 credits
He’s the must-have choice this week. He will limit up only with +4 ranking but he’s in such excellent shape during the last ten days, so a +20 will not be a surprise.
Kostas Tsartsaris 45,63 credits (+6 credits)
Lasme steals his time, but with his experience Pedoulakis will use him a lot in a strong game for Panthinaikos in Istanbul.
