Just before the crucial Euroleague Top16 game against Maccabi Tel Aviv and with their back against the wall the Euroleague champions will travel to Israel without Acie Law. The American guard of Olympiacos got injured in the head during Tuesday’s practice when he went for a lay up against Kyle Hines, he lost his balance and fell badly on the court. He was immediately rushed to the hospital in order to have a CAT scan.
The results proved that his injury is a concussion and he is expected to miss just a few days. It’s an important problem for the Greek team in the most crucial juncture of the season, as they share with Maccabi just a 1-3 record. For sure, he will be available for the next Top16 game against Fenerbahce/ Ulker.
