It’s time for Pops Mensah-Bonsu to return to action after his grave injury. Cajasol trusted him to replace Latavious Williams and announced his signing until the end of the season.
The British center was great last season with Besiktas, won with the Turkish team the triple crown (Eurochallenge, Turkish league and Turkish cup) and then played in the Olympics, representing the host nation. After the London’s games, Maccabi Tel Aviv agreed terms with Mensah-Bonsu but his medical exams forced the Israelis to cancel the transfer. Then, he started a long rehabilitation process in his knee injury, a lot of teams were interested for him but Cajasol offeredhim finally a contract, as it was reported by “Gigantes”.
