It’s the last week of Top16 and we have to go with the favorites and bet on the home court. That’s why we are welcoming back in our team Rudy Fernandez and Nicola Mirotic from Real Madrid and also Dimitris Diamantidis from Panathinaikos

One round before the end! The Top 16 ends, the prizes are on the way and you should be careful to pick the right players who‘ll have motivation and be decisive in their games. Eurohoopsnet team had a good score last week (165 points) with only 9 players, because Tomic was out.

Barcelona is lately a danger for every fantasy player, because it has already achieved its goal. So, even though the Croatian center came back it’s better to sell him. The second trade includes of course, Nachbar, who plays in Kaunas and it’s better to avoid a player like him in a game without any interest. The third move must be someone between Farmar and Lucas. In any case it’s not wise to have two players from Efes in a crucial game in Madrid. Farmar could face problems in scoring, so we choose to keep Lucas who offers points under any circumstances.

On the other hand, Real’s stars are expected to have a good (at least) game. So, we pick both of them, Rudy and Mirotic! The third transfer is Dimitris Diamantidis, who is expected to give his best shot against CSKA.

Extra tips: Among the point guards, Brown and Planinic are good picks, Papanikolaou in 2-3 position and Jawai in the front line.

Enjoy fantasy!

Point Guards

Dimitris Diamantidis 60,8 credits
Panathinaikos needs the win in order to avoit the fourth place and its captain is expected to produce. He comes from a bad game against Panionios and he wants to bounce back.

Bo McCalebb 55,4 credits (0)
He’s steady and tries to keeps his numbers in good level even though Fenerbahce is a trainwreck. Besiktas doesn’t have the players to stop him and probably he will finish the Top 16 in a big way.

Shooting Guards/Small Forwards

Rudy Fernandez 70,1 credits
He’s for first time in the season the most expensive player in his position. A low tempo game is expected in Madrid, but he can make the difference for his team.

Vassilis Spanoulis 69,9 credits (+0,7)
Anything less than 15-16 points in the ranking would be a bad night for Olympiacos’ captain who is born for that kind of games.

Devin Smith 51,7 credits (+3,3)
Barcelona’s defence in Palau Blaugrana looks like a nightmare for any opponent. But Devin plays like the devil lately, so he remains in the team.

Jamon Lucas 48,8 credits (+0,2)
He is as steady as everyone would wish from players in that credits range. In Madrid he’ll have a tough night, but he can do it.

Power Forwards/Centers

Shawn James 73 credits (-0,2)
Barcelona’s front line is like a minefield, but the solid big guy of Maccabi is expected to have a regular +14 game.

Viktor Khryapa 72,6 credits (-0,3)
In his last two games on road (after his return in the action) he had poor numbers, but VK does everything on the court and in OAKA he has the chance to prove it.

Paul Davis 68,7 credits (+0,7)
Olympiacos has a lot of problems in the paint and Davis is the right man to get benefit from that.

Nikola Mirotic 62,4 credits
His only non double-digit ranking games in the Top 16 were on road against Unicaja, PAO, CSKA. At home he feels better and in the crucial game vs Efes, at least it’s worthy to spend your credits on him.
