Andres Nocioni announced it on twitter and a little bit latter we had the official confirmation. The Argentinian forward will play for one more season in Laboral Kutxa. His wish to stay with the team was well known as he spoke about it openly. Nocioni is by default the leader of this roster, despite this season’s failure to win something big both in Euroleague and in Liga Endesa. He remains, however, a fan favorite.
Near the city of Vitoria, home of Laboral Kutxa, Bilbao announced that long time assistant of the team Rafa Pueyo is the new head coach and also that 23 years old Latvian guard Dairis Bertans from VEF Riga is the first summer signing of the team.
