The official announcements continue to pile up in Euroleague and three moves that were more than rumored for a long time were made official. By chronological time, Real Madrid announced first that captain Felipe Reyes extended his contract for two more seasons. This extension was reported by the Spanish media from the start of the year and it’s the natural course in Reyes’ illustrious career.
The same can be said about Antonis Fotsis returning to Panathinaikos from EA7 Milano. Panathinaikos tried to get the player back to Athens during the season and the deal was verbally agreed a long time ago. The new three years contract of Fotsis will pay him a number close to 3 million euros in total.
In Germany, it was also a common secret that BBL MVP John Bryant will make the jump from Ulm to Bayern Munich. The American center who had a good season in Eurocup signed a two years deal and will make his Euroleague debut.
