Martynas Gecevicius left two years ago Lietuvos Rytas to play for Olympiacos, won twice the Euroleague trophy and now he return to his old team. The Reds announced the deal with Matt Lojeski, while Budivelnik and Riga added two new faces

After winning back to back Euroleague titles with Olympiacos, Lithuanian guard Martynas Gecevicius returned to his home country and he is once more a player of Lietuvos Rytas which will host the Euroleague qualifying round. As for the champions, they confirmed the addition of the MVP of the Belgian league, Matt Lojeski, from Oostende. The American forward will be Kostas Papanikolaou’s successor in Olympiacos‘ roster.

Also, the newcomers in the competition, Ukrainian champions Budivelnik announced the signing of forward Dejuan Summers, who player last season in NBADL, but back in 2011 he had player one Euroleague game as a member of Siena. VEF Riga, the Latvian champs who will compete in the qualifying round, added guard Dee Brown in their roster.
