The arrival of Zeljko Obradovic in Fenerbahce‘s bench translated to major changes in the roster of the team and even one of his former players wasn’t safe. Romain Sato, a Euroleague champion under Obradovic in Panathinaikos, was released from the Turkish club.
However, it was easy for him to find his new destination, which is Valencia. The Spanish club welcomed him officially and the addition of an experienced player like Sato makes his new team, which was already a strong contender, one of the main favorites to win the Eurocup.
