Gigli in Milan, Nole in Bamberg

As it happens usually after weekend, on Monday morning many deals were announced officially around Europe with the most important being the signing of Angelo Gigli by EA7 Milano. The 30 years old forward center comes from Virtus Bologna and he is a versatile addition to the roster. Also, 26 years old forward Novica Velickovic will have the chance to return to Euroleague after signing a one year deal with German champions Brose Baskets.

Telenet Ostend, which prepares for the upcoming Euroleague qualifying round, replaced the MVP of the Belgian league Matt Lojeski who is now a member of Euroleague champions Olympiacos with 19 years old Mateusz Ponitka (1.97 m.) from Asseco Prokom of Poland, one of the most talented prospects in Europe.

In Eurocup, Artland Dragons announced the signing of forward Lawrence Hill and the addition of center Kenny Frease, Cedevita Zagreb inked for the next three seasons Ante Delas and Union Olimpija will have as its main point guard the MVP of the Australian league, Cedric Jackson.
