As Eurobasket monopolizing the interest of basketball crowds in Europe, most of the teams have already started their preparation for the upcoming season which is some cases includes promotional tours in Asia. Panathinaikos already arrived in China and until the 17th of September the Greek champions will tour the country in which they are making a big marketing push.
It has to be noted that this Panathinaikos‘ move is not made under Euroleague’s shield, like the upcoming China tour of Real Madrid which will play an exhibition game against the Beijing Ducks on Friday, October 11 at the MasterCard Center in the Chinese capital.
Meanwhile, Euroleague participant Partizan announced the signing of 29 years old Tarence Kinsey who finished last season in Unicaja Malaga and Eurocup runner up Bilbao added power forward Jackie Carmichael (23, 2.03), a rookie from llinois State University.
