After the end of the Euroleague qualifying round, the Eurocup draw for the season 2013-14 was held in Barcelona. For the first time in the history of the competition the 48 teams were divided into two conferences with geographical criteria. That makes the second conference stronger, because of the presence of Russian and Turkish clubs. The top three teams of each group will get the Top32 phase, in which the Euroleague teams that will miss the Top16 will be added to the competition. The allocation of the Euroleague teams in the Top32 groups (eight groups of four teams) is already decided, so there will not be an other draw.
