The season seems practically over for Nathan Jawai of Galatasaray. As the team officially announced the player will be out of action for the next three to six months because of a “vascular occlusion due to trauma in the neck area”. The team will follow closely his case, but he is already replaced in the roster by Pops Mensah Bonsu.
According to sources from Turkey, Galatasaray is also very close to signing Malik Hairston. The American forward is inactive but still has a contract with EA7 Milano and he has to be released in order to continue his career in Turkey. The Italians are in the final stages of signing Gani Lawal, so the release of Hairston can be also immenent. He will replace also injured Manuchar Markoishvili in Galatasaray’s rotation.
