After almost two weeks of negotiations, Malik Hairston finally left EA7 Milano and will continue his career with Galatasaray. The Turkish club announced the signing and will probably make more moves on the market after losing to injuries, Nathan Jaway, Manuchar Markoishvili, Jamont Gordon and Erwin Dudley. From those four players, only Dudley has realistic hopes of returning to action after three months.
Hairston had a contract for this season with the Italian club, which tried to release him during the summer. A deal couldn’t be made, so the American stayed unactive until leaving Milan. As for his salary, his old and new team reportedly will pay each half of his 800.000 euros contract for the current season.
