In the most crucial stage of Euroleague’s regular season three teams that still fight for a Top16 ticket, have changes in their active rosters. In Italy Samardo Samuels of EA7 Milano was operated in his fracture hand and he is expected to be out of action for the next 6-8 weeks. Samuels was injured during the last Euroleague game against Zalgiris Kaunas. Also, Siena last week decided to part ways with former NΒA player Kim English who is continuing his career in the French club Roanne.
In Spain, Laboral Kutxa decided to extend the temporary contracts of Milko Bjelica (1 month) and Thomas Kelati (2 weeks), while the collaboration with Rimantas Kaukenas was completed. In Lithuania, the problem for Lietuvos Rytas is Omar Cook who will miss the next 2-3 weeks due to a leg injury.
