Last week Euroleague changes

The big news this week in Euroleague’s transactions have to do with Alexis Ajinca, however this is not the only change in Europe’s top competition. Still, all transfers made will have no impact in the race for the last Top16 tickets.

Lietuvos Rytas hired coach Aleksandar Petrovic for the remainder of the season, with an option for an additional season. Interim coach Dainius Adomaitis will return to his previous position as an assistant and Petrovic will try to save the European season of Rytas in Eurocup. Also as it was expected Milenko Tepic left Lithuania and returned to Partizan, however he doesn’t have the right to play in the last regular season game of his new team against CSKA Moscow.

Finally Laboral Kutxa didn’t renew the temporary contract of Thomas Kelati. The injury woes of the Spanish team are in the past and Kelati should find a new contract elsewhere.
