On the day of his birthday – and we wish him the best – 29 years old Acie Law is still fighting with his injury and after a month of wait and medical exams, we will know the final decision about his situation during the next days. He will have to decide together with Olympiacos how to treat his knee injury, however the most possible scenario remains for him to miss the rest of the season.

The American guard traveled to New York under the permission of the Greek club in order to be examined by his doctor of choice. The American specialist studied his case file and he produced his diagnosis.

Later on Saturday, Law is expected to take the plan back to Athens, where he will arrive on Sunday. Having the opinion of his doctor, he will inform Olympiacos about the way that he would like to be treated for his problem. Both sides will take the final decision after a mutual talk, despite the fact that there are very little chance for him to avoid surgery.

One more Euroleague team was bitten by the injury bug. According to the first examination Parttizan’s captain Dragan Milosavljevic is suffering from a torn ACL and he will probably miss the rest of the season. The final examination and the official announcement for his case are expected on Sunday.
