As the top eight Euroleague are gearing up for the play offs, there are bad news for EA7 Milano and CSKA Moscow. The problem for the Italian hosts of the upcoming Final Four is the left leg injury of Alessandro Gentile, who was hurt on Sunday during the Legabasket game against Cantu.
According to Italian journalist Pietro Scibetta, Gentile is going to miss four to six weeks of action. That makes him unavailable for the play offs and at best questionable in case Milan gets the Final Four qualification.
In Moscow the problem is once again Milos Teodosic who returned to action last week, but he was hurt in his right calf during Saturday’s practice. According to the press release of CSKA Moscow the Serbian guard has damage in a tendon and that why he traveled to Israel for further examinations in a specialized clinic.
