The Euroleague MVP of the regular season is Sergio Rodriguez! After six months and 29 games, the star of Real Madrid voted as the Most Valuable Player in the season!
“It’s an honor to be here with such great players. I want to thank my teammates, my club, Real Madrid and the whole organization. It helped us a lot to be together many years. We know each other a long time. Now to get the Euroleague title is our biggest goal” said Rodriguez.
The Spanish player got the award winning his teammate Rudy Fernandez and also Sony Weems, Keith Langford & Ante Tomic. The members of the second Euroleague team are Ricky Hickman, Vassilis Spanoulis, Viktor Khryapa, Nikola Mirotic and Stephane Lasme.
Apart from them, Keith Langford of Milan got the Alphonso Ford award as the leading scorer of the season. Also, Bogdan Boganovic of Partizan is the rising star of the competition and Bryant Dunston of Olympiacos the best defender.
