Thursday night ended with the two important transactions. As it was announced by his agent Misko Raznatovic, Andy Toolson extended his contract with Unicaja Malaga and Argiris Pedoulakis is the new coach of Unics Kazan.

Toolson had a great first season in Malaga and he is one of the players who are staying with the team, as on the same day it was also announced that an other stand out of the team, Nick Caner Medley is out of the team. The American forward is leaving Euroleague and he will continue his career in Astana, the champions of Kazakhstan, which are also competing in VTB league with a two years, two million dollars contract. An other front line player of Unicaja, Vladimir Stimac, has used his opt out clause and he is a free agent.

Unics, a team competing in Euroleague’s qualifying round, announced the signing of a new coach, Greek Argiris Pedoulakis, former boss of Panathinaikos, with a one season contract. An other candidate for the job was Fotis Katsikaris, who is waiting on other opportunities.
