Gubanov in Unics, Duncan to Bamberg

As Unics is preparing for Euroleague’s qualifying round, a former player of the team with Euroleague experience returned. Petr Gubanov signed a two years deal with the team and also Josh Duncan for the next two years will be a member of Brose Baskets.

Gubanov played last season for Nizhny Novgorod and now he returns to a familiar place, while Duncan was one of the stand outs of Hapoel Jerusalem and he was even linked with Maccabi Tel Aviv. Now, he will be a member of the former German champions who will be competing in Eurocup.

Also a new coach was named in Zielona Gora, which will be also competing in Euroleague’s qualifying round, as Andrzej Adamek was promoted from assistant to head coach on a two-year contract.
