For the second straight day Eurocup’s transactions are more interesting than those of Euroleague. Virtus Roma signed Canadian Melvin Ejim, a member of Iowa State for the past four seasons who was named Big 12 player of the year.
Meanwhile in Euroleague, newcomer Neptunas Klaipeda announced the re-signing of guard Mindaugas Girdziunas and Turow Zgorzelec did the same with guard Nemanja Jaramaz. Zielona Gora which prepares for the Euroleague qualifying round signed Australian center Daniel Johnson and Ostend which will organize the Euroleague qualifying tournament extended Jean Salumu for two seasons.
Also Panathinaikos made one more long term investement by signing 17 years old Antonis Koniaris with a five years deal.
