Finally it’s done! To be exact it was already done since last week, but Fenerbahce/ Ulker announced one of the biggest summer moves by adding Jan Vesely in its impressive roster with a two year deal. The Czech forward couldn’t fit in the NBA, but he can still make the difference in the old continent, judging by his excellent tournament in last season’s Eurobasket. The big question for Fener at this point is if the team will add one more non Turkish player in its roster, either at a center or a point guard. However the team is already on paper one of the favorites to make it to the Euroleague final four.
Meanwhile, Crvena Zvezda signed German center Maik Zirbes from Brose Baskets, a quality addition in the paint, and Euroleague newcomer Neptunas extended the contract of veteran forward Valdas Vasylius.
