KC Rivers in Madrid, Linhart to Maccabi

After a season in NBADL KC Rivers returns to Europe as a member of Real Madrid. It was a long rumored move which became official today with the player signing a one year deal with the Spanish Euroleague contender as the third addition in the roster after Nocioni and Maciulis.

Euroleague winner Maccabi Tel Aviv announced the addition of Nate Linhart with a three years deal. The American forward had to buy out his contract with German club Artlant Dragons. Lithuanian newcomer in the league, Neptunas, signed Deividas Gailius who played last season for Union Olimpija in Slovenia and also former Budivelnyk Kiev center Michael Anisimov. Belgium champions Ostend which competes in Euroleague’s qualifying round, extended the contract of forward Pierre-Antoine Gillet for two more seasons.

In Eurocup, Buducnost got a deal with  J.R. Reynolds who won the French ProA title last season, as a member of Limoges and Seville signed 18 years old talent Diego Gallardo.
