Sasha returns and Efes wins

After losing two games at their home court, Anadolu Efes managed to get a road win against Besiktas by just two points (69-67) and anything still seems possible in the Turkish league finals. Besiktas has a 2-1 lead, but Efes had for the first time in the finals former NBA player Sasha Vujacic on the court.

The Slovenian guard scored 14 points, veteran Turkish forward Kerem Gonlum scrored 20 and Efes used its deep bench in order to prevail. Besiktas forward Zoran Erceg had a big game with 17 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assist.

In Germany defending champions Brose Baskets set the tone from the first final by destroying Ratiopharm Ulm (98-72). The duet of Anthony “P.J.” Tucker (18 p., 5 r.) and Brian Roberts (17 p., 7 as.) did the damage for the winners and it would be interesting to see how and if Ulm can react in the following games.
