The general assembly of ABA League clubs “unanimously confirmed the Propositions for the forthcoming 2014/15 season, which include the new competition format, with the playoffs as the final part of the season”, as it was announced today. The final four format is been replaced with best of five play offs series between the top four teams of the regular season.
Practically that means four to eight games more in the season in order to get a champion and it remains to be seen how the new formet will fit into the schedule of the domestic competitions of teams participating in Adriatic league.
