It was a close call but Laboral Kutxa got the win for the Eurocamerican cup, part of Euroleague’s world tour, by beating Aguada 81-77 in Montevideo, Uruguay. Combined with the win of Real Madrid, the Euroleague teams have so far a 2-0 score in the international preseason tournament.
Ryan Gomes with 18 points and 9 rebounds was the top scorer of the team and Davis Bertans had 16 points and a crucial three pointer with 32 seconds to go. The next stop for Laboral Kutxa will be Mar Del Plata, Argentina, and a Sunday game against Penarol.
