One year after his departure from Anadolu Efes, Sasha Vujacic returns to Euroleague. The Slovenian “snipper” signed until the end of the season with Laboral Kutxa.
The former NBA champion will replace Orlando Johnson who already left the team. The Basques were searching for a quality player who can help the team and signed Vujacic who played for seven years in the NBA (Los Angeles Lakers, New Jersey Nets). He was also for two seasons a member of Anadolu Efes in Euroleague and signed short-term contracts last season with Los Angeles Clippers and Venezia.
