After an excellent weekend with 4/5 tips proven right, Eurohoops returns with the predictions of the games for the third week of the Euroleague. Our tips include the games Unics Kazan-Sassari, Cedevita-CSKA Moscow, Laboral-Galatasaray, Unicaja-Limoges, Alba-Maccabi.
The strongest tip this week is the easy win of CSKA at Zagreb. Cedevita is maybe the weakest team in the competition so far without Tomas and Ukic. On the other hand the Russians are getting better and better and they look confident to win by more than 14 points.
The first victory of Laboral Kutxa in the season was registered against Bilbao this weekend and coach Crespi made already (and will make) more changes in its roster. Galatasaray has also its own issues and many players seems to be at the exit door due to financial reasons. Both of the team must adjust to the new situation but the talent of the Turks gives them an advantage for the win.
Dinamo Sassari is the Euroleague team that plays in the highest possible tempo. Unics Kazan has the players to follow that but coach Pedoulakis has a different philosophy and forces his players to play hard on defense and low tempo basketball. The line for the total points scored is too high (161,5 points) and we bet on under.
Unicaja is the only unbeaten team, alongside with Barcelona and Real Madrid, both in Euroleague and domestic leagues. But the Spaniards don’t usually “destroy” their opponents. Limoges has a competitive roster and can’t lose by more than 9,5 points at Malaga.
Last but not least there is a good option in the game Alba vs Maccabi. Both teams like the run ‘n gun game and their point guards-creators love it. So, both team can score more than 156,5 points.
