The decision of coach Perasovic not to use Dwight Buycks in the game of Valencia against Laboral Kutxa confirmed what was expected. The American guard couldn’t adapt to the European style of play and his collaboration with the club ended.
There were high expectation from the player in a team with big ambitions, however after a 0-3 start in the Euroleague season and a modest 3-2 start in Spanish Liga Endesa, Valencia decided to part ways with him and announced it just before the start of the game. However the player according to Real GM is in talks with Oklahoma City and the Lakers for an NBA return.
