Martynas Pocius will stay three weeks out of action and Galatasaray misses a key player in a crucial moment of the season. The Lithuanian guard/forward suffers from back problems and his status will be re-examined again.
Ergin Ataman counts on Pocius to be one of the cornerstones in Galatasaray’s game and he will likely be out in the Euroleague games against Olympiacos, Red Star and Valencia. He will also miss the Turkish derbies against Fenerbahce, Besiktas and Turk Telekom.
However the club is back on track after solving its financial issues and cutting Nolan Smith from the team. This was also proven on the court with the win over Anadolu Efes on Sunday for TBL.
