After one more week with profit, Eurohoops focus on the weekend’s games. We recommend you tips from Turkey, Greece, Spain and Italy. The games of Unicaja and Efes stand out. Venezia is expected to keep winning and Gipuzkoa can stop Joventut.
Venezia is in great shape, stands alone on the top of Legabasket and hosts Regio Emilia who is second having one victory less. The visitors don’t play so well lately and they are disappointed because they didn’t qualify to the Last32 of Eurocup. The handicap is small (4.5 points) but Venezia can win by more points.
Unicaja wins every game in Liga Endesa but usually doesn’t “destroy” its rivals. Sevilla on the other hand comes from the big victory against Barcelona, has gained confidence and it’s expected that the visitors will defend the handicap.
PAOK and Kifisia are two of the Greek teams that take too much care to their defense and play slow tempo basketball. Both don’t run and probably they will not score more than 144,5 points.
Gipuzkoa has a good roster but until last week against Bilbao couldn’t find rhythm in its game. On the other hand, Joventut has a great momentum after five wins in the last six games but all of them are close calls and were decided in the last minute. Gipuzkoa can get advantage of its fans and get the win.
Whenever Efes plays against an average team wins through great defense. The game against Eskisehir can’t be the exception. Probably the visitors will not score more than 70 points, so the total points will not be more than 149,5 points.
