Alba Berlin’s fan favorite German center Jonas Wolhfarth-Botterman broke a bone in his right hand and will stay out of action for the next 10 weeks. The 24 year old center was hurt on Monday’s win for BBL against Tubingen.
Alba is not expected to sign a new player as a temporary replacement of “Wo-Bo” as he is called by Berlin fans and his 9 minutes per game in Euroleague are expected to be given to Martin Seiferth, who cames also from a broken hand injury, or even 17 year old Moritz Wagner who has practiced the whole season with the team, can help.
