The fate of the Greek cup quarterfinal and the opponent of PAOK in the semifinal will be decided on Tuesday by the sports judge. Despite Olympiacos‘ opinion on the matter, as the Reds supported that they have won the case after the highest council’s decision, in the next days we will know if Olympiacos or Panathinaikos will be declared the winners of the cup quarterfinal, when the verdict of the sports judge will be official.
It remains to be seen if there will be a reaction on the matter by Olympiacos, since Panathinaikos and the Greek federation after last week’s decision insisted that the sports judge will be the one who will take the final decision, despite the fact that in the first trial he declared himself uneligible to take a decision. That’s why Olympiacos has taken the couse to the highest council for sports diffences (ΑΣΕΑΔ). Τhat been said, every interested party can re-take the case to the highest council after the decision taken by the sports judge, so the end of this affair may take a bit longer…
