Mirza Begic and Laboral Kutxa will stay together until the end of the season. As the club announced, the experienced center who has played for Real Madrid and Olympiacos among other teams, has extended his contract, which was initially a one month deal, until June. According to Eurohoops sources Galatasaray was interested on Slovenian Center, some talks took place, but finally Begic stayed to Vitoria.
The player himself confirmed his satisfaction by this turn of events: “I am very happy that the club and the coach trust me and gave me the opportunity to be a part of Baskonia until the end of the season”.
On the contrary guard Devon Van Oostrum who belongs to the club, will not remain to the Finnish club Kouvot, however Laboral Kutxa is searching for an other team to give him on loan again.
