The betting column of Eurohoops ended the 2014 having 4/5 tips. We hope to continue our streak with the weekend tips for the Turkish (Besiktas-Efes) and German (Brose Baskets-Bayern) and for the games of Laboral, Joventut and Artland.
After the win in Vitoria, Efes has one more tough game in its schedule. Besiktas is in great shape and can win this game. But we expect that the match will be judged in the details and the tempo will be low. So, we bet on Under.
Brose Baskets has a small advantage to win the derby against Bayern because Andrea Trinchieri’s players are in excellent shape. But it’s safer to bet on the over because we believe that Bayern will try to establish a high tempo game. The line is high but we believe that the total points will be more.
There is one more interesting game in the German league. Artland is in very bad situation having five defeats in row. Braunsweig on the other hand is a competitive team that can win at home or at least lose by less than 4 points.
In Spain, Laboral changed completely its roster during the last month and it’s hard for coach Navarro to build a new team during the season. The Basques lost four of their last five games. On the other hand Estudiantes has 7 defeats in 7 games but lately is much better, as soon as won at home Barcelona and Real and lost its last three away games by less than 4 points. So, we believe the visitors will defend their handicap.
Joventut is making an extremely good season but faced against Valencia a heavy loss and generally its wins are by small margin. So, the handicap in favor of Fuenlabrada (12,5 points) is too big. The visitors have huge ups and downs but is expected that they will fight until the end the game.
