Four players, three of them key members of Panathinaikos, will not travel to Madrid in order to help the team get the road win against Real. As the Greek club officially announced those four players are Nikos Pappas, Vladimir Jankovic, Loukas Mavrokefalidis and Lefteris Bochoridis.
Pappas was injured in the Greek league game against Apollon Patron, Jankovic feels pain on his knee and both Mavrokefalidis and Bochoridis couldn’t practice today because of past injuries. All of them will stay in Athens in order to continue their therapy and Panathinaikos will departure for Spain without them on Wednesday morning.
