Nizhny Novgorod suffered a huge blow in their quest for the Euroleague play offs. Tarense Kinsey will be out of action for the next three weeks with a muscle tear and if all goes well he will be available in the home game against Laboral Kutxa on March 12.
Meanwhile the team added Rihards Kuksiks (26, 198) who signed a 1,5 year contract. Still the Latvian international was added just before Kinsey’s injury, he can help the team but can’t replace the experienced American swingman.
