Two years ago he was impressive with Achilleas Kaimakliou and therefore the Cypriots are well aware of what he can do on the court. Now George Diamantopoulos will be a member of Keravnos Strovolou, after signing a one year contract with them.
Last year’s runner ups in the Cypriot League, will play in the Eurochallenge, which gave an extra kotive to the Greek scorer to say “yes” to their offer. It must be noted that they will play against Samara (now Krasnye Krylia), the team Diamantopoulos guided to win the Eurochallenge trophy back in 2007!
